Make Your Brochure as Unique as Your Business
A good brochure tells your clients that you mean business and establishes credibility. You can give them to your sales teams, hand them out at trade shows, and make them available wherever your clients might be. In short, your brochures are a silent salesperson that sticks around to tell your story, even when you're not.

Paper Finish
Gloss
- Has shine and reflects light
- Smooth like the paper of most calendars
- Great choice for a design with many pictures
Matte
- A great medium between gloss and uncoated; a satin finish
- Perfect opaque base for easy to read, crisp typography, and you can write on it too
Uncoated
- Doesn't have any coating, so there's no glare on the surface
- Ideal for prints with a lot of text or reading materials
- Smudge-less, so it's really convenient to write on with pen and pencil
Proofing Method
Online Proof
Casey Printing always recommends that you request an online proof, at least the first time around; that way you can make sure that your prints come out exactly as you want them. Here's how it works, Step 1: Submit your order and request an online proof. Step 2: Our team will work quickly to email you a secure link of your proof. Step 3: Review your proof and approve or request changes. SUPER simple and easy!
Hard Copy Proof
Hard copy proofs are always a great way to check your work before it goes to print. This way you can see if your colors are spot on and your images are in the correct places. Although hard copy proofs delay your delivery date, they're still recommended if you're unsure about the color, design, or the overall appearance of your job. Also, by selecting a hard copy proof you'll also receive an online proof.
Color Mode
All color artwork and/or images should be proved in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode. We will convert artwork supplied in RGB to CMYK, which may result in a color shift. All black and white artwork and/or images should be provided in grayscale mode. For more information on Color Modes, click here.
Bleeds
If your job has bleeds (color or images extending to the edge of a document), please build your print-ready digital files to include a bleed of 1/8 inch. For more information about Bleeds, click here.
Resolution
All file formats should have a minimum of 300 dpi (dot per inch) resolution at 100% of the final print size. Images designed for the web typically cannot be used for printing as they have low screen resolution of 72 dpi. Print images should be created at 300 dpi to prevent a drop in the image quality.
