Don't have a print-ready PDF? If you would like us to create your design, you may select the "Design Service" option in the price calculator. You will need to upload your logo, images, copy & any other additional content you would like to include. Prices are based on typical work required, however more complex designs may require additional charges. After receipt of your order, we will contact you to consult with you about your design goals.
File Format
For best results supply a high-resolution print-ready PDF document with fonts embedded. We can accept most file formats, however certain formats may incur an additional charge.
File Check & Proofing
After we receive your upload, we will review your files for technical suitability, and if we find any problems we'll contact you. If you've ordered a proof, one will be sent to you using the method selected.
Important: Prices include processing one set of uploaded files and creating a single proof (if ordered).
You can view the status of your order online after logging into your account 24/7 under "Order History."
Resolution
All file formats should have a minimum of 300 dpi (dot per inch) resolution at 100% of the final print size.
Images designed for the web typically cannot be used for printing as they have a low screen resolution of 72 dpi. Print images should be created at 300 dpi to prevent a drop in the image quality.

Color Mode
All color artwork and/or images should be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode. We will convert artwork supplied in RGB to CMYK, which may result in a color shift.
All black & white artwork and/or images should be provided in grayscale mode.

Bleeds
If your job has bleeds (color or images extending to the edge of a document), please build your print-ready digital files to include a bleed of 1/8 inch. For more information about bleeds, click here.
